Why can't I download the application?

Can I transfer my data from one of the other Mushroom Garden games?

Every installment of the Mushroom Garden series is a standalone game.
Therefore, data from previous installments cannot be transferred to this game.

Can I play this game for free?

Mushroom Garden Prime can be downloaded and enjoyed for free.
However, some items are available through in-app purchases.

Can I play this game without an internet connection?

Mushroom Garden Prime can be enjoyed without an internet connection.
However, some functions, like making in-app purchases or using Cromwell's Secret Gizmo, do require a network connection.

Which items are available through in-app purchases?

Mushroom Garden Prime includes purchasable items such as the Silver Booster and the Gold Booster, which make it easier to grow rare funghi, as well as the Ad Remover, an item that removes all banner ads from the screen. These items are permanently available once purchased.
When the Silver Booster and the Gold Booster are used in combination with Cromwell's Secret Gizmo, an extra two or more rare funghi will appear.

How do I purchase an item?

Items can be purchased within the Mushroom Garden Prime application by going to Items via the wallet icon at the bottom of the screen.

Note: An internet connection is required to make purchases. Please make sure you are in a location with a good, stable connection before making any in-app purchases.

Why aren't my purchases showing up in-game?

Connection speeds, processing time, and other factors can affect how quickly your purchases appear in-game. If you still do not see your items after some time, try closing the application and restarting it.

If that does not help, give it a bit more time, then try tapping the Restore button.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you would like to restore your purchases, open the Mushroom Garden Prime application and select Restore from the title screen. From this menu, you'll be able to restore items that you have purchased through your Google Account or Apple ID.
faq-03 Note: An internet connection is required to restore your purchases. Please make sure you are in a location with a good, stable connection before attempting to restore your purchases.
Purchases cannot be restored between different OS.

How do I transfer data between devices?

Launch Mushroom Garden Prime and go to "Menu" (watering can icon) > "Settings" (gear icon) > "Backups" > "Backup" to be issued an ID and password. A backup of your game will be created at this point.
Note: Please keep a personal record of the ID and password so that you can access them at all times.

Whether you are reinstalling the app on the same device or a new one, you will be able to restore your game by tapping the Backup button.

The Backup function can be performed once every hour.
You cannot store multiple instances of a backup simultaneously.
Please perform the backups yourself.

How to create a backup:
"Menu" (watering can icon) > "Settings" (gear icon) > "Backups" > "Backup"

You can also opt to have your ID and password sent to you via email by tapping "Send Message" on the Backup completion screen.

Note: The ID and password are case-sensitive. If you make a new save after installing the game before you have recovered your data, you will not be able to restore your previous backup using your former ID and password. Please be sure not to create any new save data before restoring your current backup.

When the Restore function has been completed, your most recent data saved through Backup will be restored.

Why isn't my game running properly?

Make sure you have enough space to run Mushroom Garden Prime and that you are in a location with a good, stable connection, then try restarting the Mushroom Garden Prime application.。

Why can't I grow any new funghi?

We have tested the game to confirm that all funghi are obtainable. Please try some new combinations and don't give up!

What is Cromwell's Secret Gizmo?

Cromwell's Secret Gizmo allows you to easily grow a bunch of funghi in a flash!

Press the TV button at the top of the screen to call Cromwell, who will show you an ad. When you finish watching the ad, a bunch of funghi will grow instantly.
faq-05 After using Cromwell's Secret Gizmo, you will not be able to use it again for a certain period of time. You can only use it a maximum of 7 times per day.

How do I adjust the music and sound effects?

Please launch Mushroom Garden Prime and go to "Menu" (watering can icon) > "Settings" (gear icon) > "Sound" to adjust the volume of the music and sound effects.
You will also be able to set your favorite background music via Music.
