When recovering your data, if we are unable to confirm your User ID or nickname, it may take longer than expected or your data may not be able to be recovered at all.
We strongly recommend recording your User ID and nickname on something other than the device used to play, such as making a written note of it or emailing the screenshot to a PC email address.
