[Announcement] Restoration of Data Transfer Services

[Notice for iOS Users] We apologize for the delay of the updates for "NEO Mushroom Garden" and "なめこ栽培キット ザ・ワールド" . We have confirmed that both updates are now available in the App Store. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

※If you are having trouble updating the apps (iOS11+), please try the following steps:
( 1 )Open the App Store and tap the "Update" tab
( 2 )Scroll to the top of the page and pull down to refresh the update list
( 3 )Once the update list has refreshed, the apps should now appear on the list

On June 6th, 2019 at 15;00, data transfer services were stopped due to server maintance. We would like to announce that the maintenance has been completed and
data transfer services will be reactivated for the following apps:
・なめこ栽培キット・ザ・ワールド (ver. 1.15.1)
・NEO Mushroom Garden (ver. 2.27.1)

In order to use data transfer services, please update these apps to the latest version. Upon update, you will be able to use these services as normal.

We thank you for your patience. We hope you continue to enjoy playing 「なめこ栽培キット・ザ・ワールド」 and "NEO Mushroom Garden".

Regarding the Use of Pre-Maintenance Save Data

Due to compatibility issues, you will not be able to directly restore save data created before the maintenance.

Users who still have their old device can transfer data by updating the app via WiFi connection, creating a new save data on the updated app, and then transferring the data to their new device.

Users who have lost, broken, or no longer have their own device can still retrieve their old data. We ask these users to fill out the necessary information below and contact us directly via our support form.

If you have forgotten your Restore ID or did not create a save data prior to maintenance, we will unfortunately not be able to restore your data. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Regarding 「Mushroom Garden Deluxe」 and Other Apps

Unfortunately, we are unable to restore data transfer services for the following apps:
・Mushroom Garden Deluxe
・Mushroom Garden HD
・Mushroom Garden Seasons HD
・Super Gourmet Creature Mogumon: Yum! Big Bites

The apps listed above were developed with system requirements that are no longer supported by either Apple or Google. As a result, we cannot release an update to connect to the new server without rebuilding the apps to meet these requirements.

Unfortunately, updating these older apps has proven to be a very difficult task. Ultimately, it was decided that without a complete overhaul of these games, an update will not be possible. We understand that many of our users were hoping for data transfer services to be restored and apologize for being unable to meet your expectations. We kindly ask for your understanding.
