Updated OS Requirement

Android 4.0 → Android 4.1 and up
iOS 8.0 → iOS 9.0 and up

Once this change has taken effect, you will no longer be able to download or update the app if your device is below Android4.1 and iOS 9.0. Please update your device to Android 4.1 and iOS 9.0 or above in order to continue playing our app.

※If you have questions regarding OS compatibility, please contact your device manufacturer for further assistance
※If you are having trouble updating your device to Android 4.1 and iOS 9.0 or above, please consider transferring your game data to an existing Android 4.1 and iOS 9.0 device or above

To transfer your game data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Create Save Data

[Lab] > [Network] > [Save data] > [Backup]

※When you create a save data, you will be given a Transfer ID and Password. Please take a screenshot or save this information in a safe place. This information is necessary for transferring data and we may not be able to restore your data without it.
※If you create a new save data, it will overwrite your old Transfer ID and Password. Please use the newest information when transferring data.

Transferring Data onto Your New Device

[Lab] > [Network] > [Save data] > [Restore]

※Please enter the Transfer ID and Password you received when you created the save data. All characters must be half-width and are case-sensitive.
※Please also note that if you create a save data on your new device before transferring your old data, you will not be given the option to transfer your data. In this case, you will have to uninstall and reinstall the app on your new device to complete the transfer.
